Waybill Tracking EDI

If you are servicing a major retailer or distributor, you probably need EDI capabilities. Our EDI Link module can create transmission files from Waybill Tracking data and upload them to your customer. Electronic Data Interchange is a computer-to-computer data exchange standard that, unfortunately isn't that standard. We review the client's specifications and adjust the data packets as needed. FORM 210 INVOICE - Electronic invoicing replaces the paper ones. Typically using this form speeds your collection process with large customers.

FORM 214 DELIVERY STATUS - Shipment status is transmitted to the customer as needed. This replaces POD lookups. Information is usually fed into the customer's main ERP software.

FORM 997 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT - Basically this is a response that one of the other forms was received.
